TRANSPORTATION CONTRACT
- The ticket will be opened.
- Passenger retain your ticket throughout the journey.
- The ticket may be required by the crew at any time during the voyage, with passengers forced to submit.
- It is totally forbidden to smoke inside the boats.
- The company is not responsible for anything forgotten or damaged on board.
- The company reserves the right to change without notice both times as lines.
- For legal action under this contract of carriage, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and courts of Ibiza, renouncing any other jurisdiction.

SHIPPING REGULATIONS
- For shipping, passenger must bear the mandatory bill, which will serve as boarding pass.
- A passenger ship must be submitted at least 30 minutes before departure time of your boat.
- The ticket is open, so that may be used in any of the schedules of the line to which it relates (or Jet Express), the passenger can change line to pay the difference between them in our lockers.

PETS
It will allow passengers to travel with pets as long as they are not a nuisance or the animal itself or to the other passengers:

- If the pet is a dog, it must travel tied and muzzled.
- If it is any other kind of animal must travel in their respective cage or box.

In any case, responsibility for inconvenience or damage caused both to passengers and crew and also to the infrastructure of the vessels by a pet shall be assigned exclusively to its owner.
