TRANSPORT CONTRACT
- The ticket shall be opened.
- Passenger shall have to keep the ticket all along the crossing.
- At any time of the crossing, the crew can demand the ticket and passengers have then to compulsorily present it.
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside of ships.
- The company does not take any responsibility for objects forgotten or damaged on board.
- The company keeps the right to vary, with no previous notice, schedules as well as lines.
- For any legal action arising from this contract of transport, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of courts and judges of Ibiza, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
BOARDING RULES
- In order to board, passenger shall need the corresponding ticket, that shall serve as boarding card.
- Passenger has to turn up for boarding at least 30 minutes before time of departure of the ship.
-The ticket is opened, and thus it can be used in any of the schedules of the corresponding line (Jet or Express), and passenger can change of line previously paying the difference between lines at our ticket offices.
PETS
Passengers are allowed to travel with pets as long as it does not entail a nuisance either for the animal itself or for the other passengers:
- If the pet is a dog, it shall travel tied Y with a muzzle.
- If it is any other kina of animal it shall travel in its corresponding cage or box.
In any case, liability for nuisances or damages caused both to passengers or crew and to the infrastructure of the ship itself shall exclusively lie on its owner.
